FM "Mickey" Fogleman, president and owner of Fogleman Associates, Inc, has been in the real estate industry since graduating from ECU with a real estate degree in 1969. Beginning in real estate sales and development, Fogleman has built his company with solid knowledge and experience of all aspects of the real estate industry. Originating in Durham, Cary and Chapel Hill in 1975, Fogleman expanded his residential custom home building to Wilmington in 1998.

Specializing in custom quality homes, Fogleman has built in such neighborhoods as Landfall, Porter's Neck, Wrightsville Beach, Georgetowne and Magnolia Greens Plantation. Always stick-built from the ground up, Fogleman Associates, Inc. has strived to deliver the best quality and personal attention to every aspect of the building process. The devotion and care he gives to his work is evident in the detailed woodworking in each home and the use and knowledge of the most innovative products the market has to offer.
